Throughout his more than 23+ year career in healthcare revenue cycle management, Michael Orseno has constantly worked to transform the ambulatory surgery business office with advanced automation, measurement, and staffing best-practices. As an industry leader and recognized speaker, he can offer his unique service model that consistently improves financial outcomes while delivering increased efficiency and control.
Orseno recently led Regent RCM, an independent division of ASC management and development company Regent Surgical Health. Prior to joining Regent, Orseno served as Revenue Cycle Administrator for the Chicago Institute of Neurosurgery and Neuroresearch. He received a Master of Science Degree in Health Systems Management from Rush University Medical Center and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Augustana College.
